Heraeus Noblelight America offers maintenance and troubleshooting training on its UV systems and equipment. A one-day course is highly useful for maintenance personnel who need a basic orientation to Heraeus Noblelight's irradiators/power supplies, and how to maintain and troubleshoot them. We gear our training to specific product lines in order to address specific customer needs.
UV Maintenance and Troubleshooting courses are offered free of charge to Heraeus Noblelight customers, and are held at our corporate headquarters facility in Gaithersburg, Maryland (Washington, DC metro area). The 2017 Training schedule is as follows:
- May 11 - Light Hammer 6 - Light Hammer 10
- August 10 - F300S - F450T
- November 9 - Light Hammer 6 - Light Hammer 10
Note: These courses can also be conducted at a customer site upon request. A daily fee plus travel-related expenses will apply.
Taking a very hands-on approach, each course begins with parts identification of the irradiators and power supplies, and continues with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting via actual demonstrations on irradiators and power supplies. Class size is kept small to ensure individual instruction, so register early. Lunch is provided. Click here to see a detailed course outline.
Courses held at headquarters are taught by Harry Andree, an expert with more than 30 years of experience repairing Heraeus Noblelight equipment and sharing his vast experience with others in both formal and informal training sessions.
